The club creation page dashboard can be used by any user to create new clubs. Here, the user can specify the club name and description, and also set the club to invite-only. These badge requirements, as well as the point values automatically accrued for performing certain actions, can be set here. In addition, points may be manually assigned by the club admin for things like attending events or meetings on behalf of the club.
